A shopping centre for the younger shopper, APM is open through extended operating hours as a response to today’s 24-hour lifestyle. APM derives from day and night, and is designed to mix shopping and urban lifestyle with a greater portion of restaurants and bars and an intense calendar of public events. The centre is a successful example of vertical retail in Asia, with express escalators moving customers through its seven-level atrium towards the upper floors. Space clarity, good navigation, natural day-light, trendy super-graphics are some of the features that give APM its strong identity and made it a major urban regeneration catalyst in the industrial area of Kwun Tong.
