Occupying an entire block on one of the most prestigious business addresses in São Paulo, the 18,000sqm office building features five floors and a terraced-garden rooftop penthouse. At street level, prime space facing main road is dedicated to premium retail space. A feature canopy marks the entrance and directs people from Faria Lima Avenue towards the main lobby facing the side road. Building orientation, adequate solid-transparency ratios, sustainable finishing material selections are some of the design considerations to achieve the energy-efficiencies required.
