This retail-driven master plan is a phased development revolving around a central square around which a 3-level retail loop forms a 40,000 sqm central retail and leisure centre.
The loop connects several towers on each side of the plot: 2 office towers and 1 hotel towards the two main front roads, and 4 residential apartment blocks towards the back road on top of the multiple-level parking deck.
The project explores the synergies and convenience between the various components responding to the contemporary demands of new ways to live, work and play.
