The design for this unique township retail centre emerges as a response to the local outdoor lifestyle: bars, cafes and restaurants are staggered over the cascading landscape of canopied terraces, forming a one-of-a-kind entertainment space right at the core of the building.
The central outdoor escalators amidst the terraces offer alternative routes towards the upper levels of the centre directly connecting each and every retail floor.
