The design catered for intense traffic flow peaks, efficient connections to public transport networks, increased visibility and easy navigation through its multiple voids and shopping levels.
Acting as a town centre for the community, its interior design is inspired by “elegant loft” concept and recreates the look and feel of converted industrial buildings.
